- Barometer is temperature compensated and is accurate to +– .5 of a millibar or +/– .02 of an inch of mercury at sea level throughout the expanded 2 inch scale (29 to 31 in Hg or 985 to 1045 h.Pa.).
- This barometer is not subject to the altitude limitations of an analog barometer. However, the expanded 2 inch scale is more appropriate at or near sea level. To avoid seeing the needle ‘buried’ at either side of its expanded scale, it should not be used at altitudes above 2,000 feet.
