- It consists of two parallel metallic hollow bars, called the handles. These are connected together through a flexible elliptical metallic strip. The whole apparatus can conveniently be held within the palm and when compressed, metallic strip offers a great deal of resistance to compression.
- The handle is adjustable to fit the grip length of the hand. This hand dynamo meter measures grip strength up to 50 Kg. in 100 grm. graduations.
- A graduated pressure scale is also provided between the bars for direct estimation of compression force.
